STEP 1: Chat
Beginning with a complimentary consultation, I will narrow down your travel requirements…you’ll discover my process and I’ll ask all the questions to learn details about your travel style, budget and dreams. At this point we’ll both know if we’re the right fit for each other.
STEP 2: Options
Once the research & planning fee is taken care of I will begin the detailed research and planning stage…I will present several options for your review. Here we work together to adjust the arrangements until it is exactly right for you.
STEP 3: Finalize
Finalize bookings…I will confirm and manage all additional components such as car rentals, private transfers, dinner reservations, tee times, events, excursions, insurance and give assistance with travel visas as needed.
STEP 4: Enjoy
Head off on your exciting journey knowing I am here for support. Whether you need to make a change on the run or have an issue while away I am only an email, phone call or text away. Upon return, I will book another consultation with you to evaluate your trip.
