Air Management Fees:  

  • Includes flight booking & seat selection & frequent flyer accounts attached & special meal requests 

  • Real time flight monitoring

  • Fees start at $50 - $100 per person ($200 maximum per family) 

 

All-Inclusive Packages - Cruises – Hosted Tours Fees

Extensive research includes: 

  • Finding the Best Value for Your money to maximize Your budget 

  • Leveraging valuable Supplier Connections with the potential for upgrades and additional amenities 

  • Booking of Shore Excursions & Tour recommendations & Activities 

  • Special request and assistance with additional local planning  

  • Fee $100 per person ($200 maximum per family) 

 

Customized Itinerary Planning Fees

  • Coordination of bringing all the multiple elements together including airfare & accommodations & transfers & car rental & train reservations & tours & dining reservations & tee times etc... 

  • Visas & documentation required to enter your destination 

  • Fee based on length of trip including travel days 

  • Up to 8 nights - $125 per person ($250 maximum per family/group) 

  • 9 – 15 nights - $175 per person ($350 maximum per family/group) 

  • 16 –22 nights - $250 per person ($500 maximum per family/group) 

  • 23 or more nights - $300 per person ($600 maximum per family/group) 

  • Complex itineraries which require extra planning & research may be subject to additional fees

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy Fees

  • All requests for cancellations must be received in writing (Cancellation Fees cover: Booking costs & Research time/Ensuring cancelled file is managed/Refunds due are processed properly/Document assistance) 

  • Fee $200+ per person included in reservation (dependent on complexity of booking) 

  • It is recommended you include Trip Cancellation in your insurance coverage 

  • Cancellation Fee of an Insurance Policy - $50 for each person under the policy 

  • Assistance with your insurance claim if purchased 

  • Refunds from Suppliers and Tour Operators will vary depending on how many days' notice given prior to scheduled departure 

 

Modification Fees

  • Fee starting at $50 per person 

Validation Fees

  • For those who like to do their own research and bookings 

  • Check over your plans...Are you spending time in all the right places...using the best and reliable travel companies...best value for your money? 

  • Ensuring you have not missed any vital components or information for your travel plans 

  • I can offer a contingency plan if something goes wrong on your trip 

  • Fees starting at $200 to review with additional fees depending on assistance required 


As your Travel Advisor I commit to:

  • Cover pre-departure, document preparation and final checks

  • Assist in choosing the correct insurance policy to cover your personalized itinerary

  • Read and analyze small print (rules & conditions) of each element of your booked vacation

  • Offer continued support and advocacy before, during and after your vacation

  • Be available for assistance throughout your trip by text, email or phone

  • Monitor prices and make adjustments accordingly when possible
