Custom Travel Planning & Coordination Services

Coordination of bringing all the multiple elements together including airfare, accommodations, transfers, car rentals, train reservations, tours, dining reservations, tee times and more.

Guidance regarding visas and documentation required for entry into your destination(s).

Planning Fees are based on:

• Total trip length, including travel days.

• Complexity of itineraries requiring extensive planning, customization and additional research.

Cancellation and Refund Policy Fees: 

• All requests for cancellations must be received in writing (Cancellation Fees cover: Booking costs & Research time/Ensuring cancelled file is managed/Refunds due are processed properly/Document assistance) 

• Fee $200+ per/person included in reservation (dependent on complexity of booking) 

• It is recommended you include Trip Cancellation in your insurance coverage 

• Cancellation Fee of an Insurance Policy - $50 for each person under the policy 

• Assistance with your insurance claim if purchased 

• Refunds from Suppliers and Tour Operators will vary depending on how many days' notice given prior to scheduled departure 

Modification Fees: 

• Fee starting at $50 per/person 

Validation Fees: 

• For those who like to do their own research and bookings
